Sarah has over 10 years’ experience in Management including Healthcare and Welfare. She leads our  Operational Team, by supporting all elements of Service Delivery and Performance Management. She is  responsible for ensuring that our services and teams run efficiently as well as monitoring risk and areas  of improvement. As an IHM registered Manager she leads on business policies, processes,  reporting/strategy and HR as well as working closely with our entire team to support the  delivery of our Healthcare Service and explore new business opportunities.
